Suggestions:
Line 1 should be your name. I suggest putting your phone number, mailing address, and email address in lines 2 through 5. It's fine if you don't want to include your mailing address, but you are going to want to be sure to ask people you meet for their address, so it only seems fair to give yours. That is also the reason I include my birthday on Line 7 of my cards.

Another great suggestion for the last line is something like: Call me to send a free card!
